SAD victim? Trying not to be!
This is the time of year I dread, so I’m taking every opportunity to revel in light, beauty and colour.
And there’s always beauty to be found in flowers. Click on an image and smile.
So, no reason to be SAD yet awhile. Share your thoughts with Cate at Six word Saturday. It’s a friendly place.

Beautiful photos, Jo. I especially love the one with the lovely words “the glory of God washed all across the skies. Awesome! Have a wonderful weekend ♥

Jo, I suffer with it too. This was the reason we had to move to Florida 10 years ago. Too many tears were shed…sigh.

Beautiful photos! I love autumn, but the winters here in the Midwestern US can be rough to get through. I feel your pain!

Summer has been so lovely this year that I’m just not ready to let it go. Crisp, blue Autumn days are great, but the grey, damp variety not so much. Thanks so much for taking the time to comment. That’s a different kind of lift to my day 🙂

Beautiful sunsets Jo – the colors are so calming. Hopefully you’ll still have flowers for a long time – autumn mums in all those great fall colors. 🙂 Happy weekend! ~Terri

Perhaps you could treat yourself to a trip downunder? I was lucky enough to get to France for August and it was lovely to escape the middle of winter!
I also wish it could be summer all year round!

It’s a lovely thought, Madoqua, but I doubt finances would extend that far. I shouldn’t be greedy. We have the house in Tavira- it’s just we never seem able to go for long.

So many of my clients suffer from Seasonal Affect Disorder. Have you tried full-spectrum lighting? It can be very effective.
As always, beautiful photography, Jo. Thanks!
