A masterpiece from Doménech i Montaner. Gaudi wasn’t the only genius at work in Barcelona. A tour of the building leaves you wanting to come back for a concert. Follow the link for more information.

I was playing around last night, Brian, and there are so many images of Barcelona I”d still like to use. Perhaps unskwared, in the future 🙂 🙂

It just amazes me what goes into the head of an artist/architect when I see something like this. Just beautiful!

I can’t wait to travel again. This COVID has really put a damper on things. Barcelona will be on my list to go, hopefully sooner than later.

They certainly weren’t into the understated look, were they? 🙂 The word “awesome” would certainly apply (in the true sense.)

We were on a limited time slot, Cee, otherwise I’d have been tempted to do the same. I really wanted to get onto the stage for a close up of those mosaics. 😦

I think it ought to be on most people’s list, Isaiah, but that can lead to too many admirers. I suspect the city is relishing the peace, but it’s catastrophic for people’s livelihood. I was very lucky to go when I did 🙂 🙂 Thanks for your company.
