It’s just one trick after another!
The things you do for peanuts…
A family tradition. The house feels very empty with them gone. Still sharing Six Words. Have a happy weekend!

Yes, we’ve been a couple of times, Liz. Normally my youngsters aren’t here in the summer months when the water parks are open so we decided to be daring and give one a try. Not ideal inn the current situation, but we enjoyed it… carefully 🙂 🙂

I’m never keen on animals doing tricks, but I guess it entertained the youngster. Only another week of quarantine to go and being indoors is probably for the best. Leeds/Bradford not looking too good right now.

They’re like little old men, putting the world to rights. It entertained me, never mind the youngster, and the birds of prey were awesome. We thought one of the eagles was making a bid for freedom, but I guess they’d struggle in the wild, being brought up in this environment.
Both Becky and Margaret have suggested there are no checks whatsoever on the alleged ‘kwarantine’, and Michael has been adamant from the start that they couldn’t police it. But who wants to wander around Leeds? Certainly not me, and they’re not stupid.

We are definitely not up to the standards of the Australian authorities. Which may explain the mess we are in. Staying safe is very much up to every individual. Remaining inside for a couple of weeks is not that difficult. A has only been out twice to play golf and to click and collect at ASDA where they put his shopping into the boot for him.

Oh Jo, When I saw the photos, I was wondering whether you went to the bird show with your grandson. I hope you had a fantastic family visit. It will happen again! Maybe very soon? 🙂

It was actually a water park, which is more adventurous than we probably should have been, Liesbet, but they only open in the summer months and the family are never here then. Life is extremely difficult for them in Leeds right now and I wanted them to have as much fun as they could 🤗💕💕

A great six words – and clearly a fun time. So glad they managed to get over to see you, Jo
And yes they are probably best locked in at the moment – may not be long before Leeds gets pulled into the lockdown 😦

She’s a little beauty! 🙂 🙂 I don’t like to share personal photos on the blog, though I do slip the odd one in on Instagram and Facebook. I went back through my photos this morning and sent them the best ones, hunkered down as they are in Leeds. 😦

I don’t often. But this is such a good news story. Hope all is well in Leeds. Big cities have little appeal just now.

Yep, one of my daughters is in the Greater Manchester lockdown. It seems unending, particularly to teenagers.
