Looking up and back!

This is where we started, isn’t it? Awestruck by the amazing spectacle that is Gaudi’s La Sagrada Familia. I can’t resist another couple of images.

But it would be wrong to stop there. Barcelona is so much more! A kaleidoscope of colour and interwoven parts. Come with me, one last time!

Thanks, Becky, for being a wonderful hostess, and for letting me revisit Barcelona. I’d forgotten how magnificent it was.

#SquareUp (plus 3 oblongs) P.S. Did anyone see this from Andrew?

      1. Thank you Jo. Dean and I have been really busy with work, but we’re over the hump now and things will be a little quieter over the next month at least. 😊

    1. It was a great series, Yvette, and I enjoyed it far more than I expected. The commitment to blog every day is a big one for me, but what a beautiful city it was to revisit! 🙂 🙂 Back to the mundane now. Thanks for your company, hon!

    1. A reflection of the fountains at Monjuic, floodlit at night, but only on certain evenings. In the winter it wasn’t possible to see them while I was there. My one disappointment 🙂 🙂

  1. A shame you missed the fountains, they were amazing. But there is so much to see in Barcelona, you need much longer than a few days. And what an excellent theme you chose for the squares. I wonder what you’ll decide upon in April.

  2. I’ve never been to Spain so I’ve really enjoyed seeing Barcelona through your eyes Jo. My favourite of these just has to be that stained glass window, it’s stunning 🙂

  3. Thanks, Jo, for helping us spend time with you in Barcelona and with Gaudi. Your images were magnificent and really did justice to the man and his work.
