Six word Saturday

Looking out to a brighter horizon!

It has to get better, doesn’t it?  The alternative is unthinkable.  For me, the immediate future is wonderful.  My long held wish to see my son again is about to come true.  If things go to plan, he will be here tomorrow evening.  It’ll come as no surprise that I won’t be walking with you on Monday?  🙂  Hopefully, the following week.  Meanwhile, keep squaring those Perspectives and enjoy your Six Word Saturday!

      1. I’ve had a persistent cold, which is finally clearing, so I’m hoping to go soon. Off to the doc this week, so that should give me some clarity. He turned 88 a couple of weeks ago and although he’s in pretty good health, every day is precious.

    1. Thanks, darlin! I know that for Lauren a rest and a change of scene is all that’s important. She has been working long hours from home. It’s her birthday tomorrow and I hope we can give her a happy day. I shall need a rest when they go, after trying to keep up with a 7 year old! So looking forward to it! You two ok? 🙂 🙂

      1. Happy birthday to Lauren, I’m sure her best birthday present will be spending it with you. Have a great day. We are both keeping well, jack’s shoulder is so much better, he can wash the dishes now….☕️🧁🥂

  1. So pleased you are seeing your son again. My visits to my family and theirs to me are still on hold at the moment as everyone is a trifle scared of flying just yet. The younger section of the Swedish part of the family have had their holiday. As they didn’t have to stop work their holidays have come and gone with no days left and my sister, who also lives there, is waiting to be called in for an op. so can’t travel. The Irish side can travel but are unsure about things, they are stricter there than we are here, and I feel doubtful of travelling there. Let’s hope that after Christmas things will look brighter.

    1. It just feels like it will never be fully resolved, Mari. They have taken out additional insurance but there are no certainties right now. I won’t believe they’re coming until they’re here. It’s the only week they have available so you can’t believe how tightly my fingers are crossed. 🤫💕
