Six word Saturday

The message is ‘stay at home!’

A glorious, but empty, sight.  Though, to be fair, it’s pouring again today.  And there was me, getting ready to sing on the balcony!  No, we haven’t reached lockdown yet, but our President is trying his best to contain the beast with State of Emergency measures.  We can only respect that.

Meanwhile, Debbie is making the earth move.  In Six Words.  Join me for another walk on Monday and some virtual fresh air.

    1. There are no shortage of distractions, Carol. All kinds of online classes have started up. Everything from yoga to joining a choir! I lose a fair bit of time just staying in touch with everyone and trying to keep morale up 🙂 🙂

  1. Got the message loud and clear, Jo 🙂 I’d love to be on that beach at the moment but things here at the farm are nice and quiet and secluded enough for me. I hope you and your family are well. Sending loads of love from Australia! xxxx

    1. Why do I keep on blogging, Diane? Because, every once in a while, someone lovely who I haven’t ‘seen’ for ages, pops up in my comments and brings a huge smile to my face. 🙂 🙂 I have occasionally looked over at yours for clues. Another book written? The main thing is, you’re safe and well. Take good care of yourself!

    1. We’ll probably go to one of our beaches tomorrow, Terri, but our favourites are on the Ilha and accessed by ferry. Mostly we’ve walked in the countryside since this happened. 🙂 🙂

    1. I”d like to walk into it too, Lisa. Not sure that it’s possible right now, though we did have a nice wander through some of our country lanes yesterday. Trying to stay as isolated as possible, and keep our spirits up. Sailing seems like a good place to be. Stay safe, hon! 🙂 🙂
