Bedazzled by butterflies in Vila Real
Strolling one Sunday through the riverside market in Vila Real de S. Antonio, I was so distracted by butterflies I almost forgot to make a purchase.
You never know what you’re going to find, do you? I had a wonderful time in the Algarve, but it’s good to be back with Debbie and six words. She’s paddling this week. Go and see!
Wishing you all a great weekend.
I’m a little confused by the computer-generated snow and the palm trees! 🙂 Looks like you had another marvelous trip to the Algarve. I hope you are warm in your new location!
I was going to remove it, Patti, but it’s a WordPress December feature that I quite like. 🙂 🙂 I’m singing Jingle Bells here in the chilly north east of England and we’ve already had snow. 😦
So colourful, the camera would get a good workout when you find beauties like these. Never mind about shopping….
Nah, I can live without shopping, Pauline. Don’t mind a little browse now and again. 🙂 🙂
Those are fantastic. Love them.
Thanks a lot, Kelly 🙂 🙂
Wonderful representation of art and nature, and quite unexpected indeed! I bet you will miss that blue sky…
I certainly miss the warmth, Liesbet. That was a fabulous day- much too nice for shopping. 🙂 🙂
What a surprise finding all those butterflies, and on such a glorious blue-sky day too! xx
It was so lovely and warm too, Cathy. I’ve almost forgotten how warm feels 😦 You’d have loved the market. 🙂 🙂
I’m sure I would have, and would have probably come away with something special. So many creative and cute things to entice a shopper like me these days, although I still don’t want too much clutter in my house now that I cleaned out so much in 2015. I do love to have things from my travels though. 🙂
That last photo has it all!
There was so much colour that day, it almost hurt my eyes. 🙂 🙂 Thanks, darlin!
