Something I always struggle to capture but can spend endless hours watching! Β Sea spray flying through the air. That’s ephemeral for me.

This photo is perfect for the challenge Jo; sea spray lasts but a few seconds and then it’s gone. Great action shot too!

I just did a very swift entry on the Weekly Photo Challenge page, Sue (not at all like me- I usually dither about π ). Maybe I was too quick for those guys? (or they just don’t like me (: ) Thanks for letting me know.

This Jo is so fantastic! The atmosphere and light shining onto the spray makes for one of the seascape days that I hate to leave. Beautiful capture ~

Yes, Jo! This is such a great example of ephemeral and how precious it is that you waited to see this and then, sharing this with us, too. The black and white with the shining blue water and such pastel blue sky adds to this effect, Jo.

Many thanks, Robin. Ephemeral has so many sad connotations and I wasn’t sure about posting this. But I love that flying water, and I can never quite capture what I see. π
