An evening’s reflection
I love a bit of drama, and I rather think Paula does too, so I thought I’d post a couple of night time/evening shots from my recent Algarve visit. Every day is special in its own way, isn’t it?
Can you feel the warmth?
Of the setting sun
Gently captured in the windows
Or the patterns on the wall
While the boats lie stranded on the river bed

Definitely felt the warmth…beautiful, love this time of day/night. Have a lovely weekend Jo, see you when you get back, and me too. I’m heading up to Cheshire in a few hours for my uncle and auntie’s golden wedding anniversary. Really looking forward to it 🙂

I think it’s always a shock to the system to come back from warm climes to equinox light and the subtle warmth of the wintery sun 🙂
I do love the light though at this time of year….and the early sunsets and late sunrises are a dream for late risers like me. And yes I have dug out the tea lights and they are twinkling on the mantelpiece as I write! Welcome home…
