I just couldn’t help myself this morning! I’ve already said farewell to Gaudi, and I’ve halfway constructed this week’s Six word Saturday. But the Weekly Photo Challenge this week is irresistible, isn’t it? (you’re right- I don’t have tremendous willpower!) Does grand come any grander than this?
I’ve already posted numerous photos of Sagrada Familia. Please excuse just a few more. I’ll be joining many others on the Weekly Photo Challenge. See you there.

Very grand scenes indeed! 🙂

Wow! The photo of the cathedral’s reflection on the lake is AMAZING. I love it! As I love the Sagrada Familia. It is no doubt the grandest go all. I cried when i walked into it… and I’m not religious!.

The first time we saw the SF it was a grey day but I took a few shots anyway. On our last day, we were booked to go inside and the sun was beaming! That shot across the lake just called to me 🙂

You can keep on posting until you’ve shown me all your pictures Jo – it’s just marvellous to see how it’s looking now. And yes, a building in the grand style … and grandeur of vision and execution too.

The first shot reminds me of an upside down Poseidon’s palace. It’s beautifully ethereal.

You’ve got that right. I have images on my blog too, and am finally getting some of them printed large format. The colours, textures and light are stunning. I want to look at them on my wall, not just on the computer … 😉
