On an ordinary street, an extraordinary building. You could say, it’s all glammed up! Gaudi’s Casa Batllรณ. We’re all looking up today!

I was in awe of his work on a visit to Barcelona about 5 years ago, Diane. It’s a beautiful city with many riches but his imagination was astounding. ๐ ๐ There are tags at the bottom of each post but not obvious unless you know. Thanks very much for spending time with me!

Lovely inside too! Pretty sure I couldn’t afford the rental. And would I want all those visitors in my living room? ๐ ๐

Ok, I’ve resisted this long but I have to say it’s a bit gaudy (in all the best ways.) ๐

I know! I really should get a pastry of some sort as a prize or a nice bottle of Portuguese wine. A nice Qinto would be perfect. ๐
