I enjoyed this post I would love if you would check out my blog too π₯°Mybumptheirbun.Wordpress.com
Thanks π π I’ll come and visit you a bit later.
Very dramatic, Jo. Was it grey like that or did you edit it? I really like it.
janet
I thought the original looked a bit dull, Janet, so I applied the filter for heightened drama. Nice to have a change now and then π π
Hope youβve had a good day, Jo
Very nice, thanks, Sue. A ferry to the Ilha and a bit of a laze about over there. Just demolished a turkey curry and thinking about some wine π π You?
THINKING about some wine, Jo??π³ Iβve had a busy day…exercise class, conversations with friends, some cooking, organising freezer to make room for new stuff
I’m impressed, Sue π π Yes, only thinking. I forgot to mention I had sangria over on the Ilha. I was in holiday mode π
Aah, now you tell me!
What a great photo. π
Thanks darlin. I pass this bridge so often and still I can’t resist another shot π€π
That’s a beautiful bridge, I can never resist in capturing one. Thanks for sharing and have a good day π Aiva
The tide is the complete opposite today and really high up. Thanks, Aiva π€π
The reflection on the water is just lovely too – great photo Jo!
Thanks Meg. I have so many photos of this bridge π€π
oh that is one beautiful bridge, Jo! no wonder it is a favorite! nice take! it looks like a heart! thanks for sharing! π π
It has my heart too, LolaWi. Wishing you a wonderful weekend π€π
Love the perspectives and shapes in this scene Jo.
A slightly different take on my favourite bridge, Miriam π€π
I like this, it reminds me of a painting or a vintage postcard π
Yes, I thought something like that tooπ
Wish I was leaning over the bridge now! Tavira?
Yes, and another beautiful morning. One day you’ll have to come and lean with me π π
Great idea!
ahh lovely π
Thanks, darlin! π π Off to hang the washing out and a relaxed day at the beach. Mick says too much walking this week π
Love the colour and I who can resist photographing a bridge? Not me π
As Jude has observed, I added a filter because I wasn’t happy with the original shot. Never sure if it’s an improvement or not π¦
It is, Jo. Wonderful!
Thank you! π π
A lovely bridge, Jo, and I love this view of it. The light adds to the vintage feel, and I love the shadows that seem to be wrapped around it
It’s most interesting at low tide when you can see the river bed, Debs, though not necessarily at its prettiest. π π
Now who’s been playing with the filters… π
Not on WordPress, Jude. I haven’t worked out how to apply them to the split image yet, Haven’t had time to try. I’m not sure why I wasn’t happy with the original of this but I changed it on my laptop photo processing. π π
Ah, I wasn’t thinking WP. Figured it was post processing as you have used this effect before π I think the split image looks best with 2 different photos, but tbh I can’t be bothered faffing.
I couldn’t find 2 that it worked for when I had a go π¦ π¦
Margaret’s idea with the same photo, but processed differently was OK. A before and after shot works well too.
I couldn’t fathom when to apply the filter. I saw the option but not when I needed it. Same with tagging. I find that a pain now. Sometimes it saves and closes the option before I’ve added all my tags. Who bothers with tags anyway? π¦
Search engines!
But do I want to be found? π¦
This is a beautiful structure!
The pride of our town, Teresa π π
Well it is definitely something to be proud of! So pretty.
Almost a love heart Jo β€
Yes π π
That’s a nice bridge. You’re fond of it, I think.
I am π π
it’s the best bridge!
Oh, it’s your friend too?
It is when I go to Tavira for lunch π
They don’t have a bridge in OlhΓ£o π€π
Pulling rank now?
They don’t have a river so they don’t need one π π
