Ahh yes they’re gorgeous plants and I’m sure yours will thrive darling. I hope the rain knows when to stop, we caught the last dry day in Barca, but now it’s here. Have a good week my lovely x:-)x
The bougainvillea in my garden is blossoming so beautifully, too, Jo. I love them! In our dry climate I sometimes have trouble maintaining truly colorful plants, but these wonderful show-offs never disappoint. Your photo is perfect. 🙂
They got deluged today, Debbie! It’s dark now but I shall go up in the morning with trepidation to check if the blossoms have survived. 🙂 🙂 The earth has heaved a sigh of relief.
Not here, Margaret! We’re under leaden skies. Someone’s been doing the rain dance extra hard, bless em! We really are desperate for rain… preferably after t’ai chi and beach cleaning 🙂 🙂
Bougainvillea was like a weed growing in our garden when I was small.. a pretty weed.. 😉

It’s a bit like that here too, but it’s my favourite weed. 🙂 🙂 We have one on a pergola up on the roof.

You have to look closely, because normally you just notice the outside petals 🙂 🙂

Oh, I love it, too! Thankfully, it grows very well in Houston, so I finally get to see it all the time.

Blue skies again after a thorough downpour yesterday, Gilly. So glad it didn’t spoil Barca for you 🙂 🙂

Bougainvillea always make such a pretty display, especially if they’re allowed to run riot instead of being trimmed.

I was just trying to remember if I’d used the same six for hydrangeas! Must have been very similar, anyway. 🙂 🙂
