What the heck? Three zero one!
Following on from 300… widely known as the Chameleon Trail, these pine woods east of Monte Gordo are luxuriant in Bridal Bloom this year. A less well defined shot appears in my Instagram account. I much prefer this one. Debbie, meanwhile, is following the trail of history. In Six Words, of course! Have a happy Saturday!

This is such a pretty and delicate display, Jo. I’m pleased to see #310! 🙂

Woods are your kind of thing, Janet? I prefer more open vistas, but the broom makes them look like a fairy tale. 🙂 🙂

Nature’s my kind of thing, Jo. The park where I walk has a bit of woods and also prairie, a nice combination.

Lovely restful picture. I love walking in the woods but only with company, I find them slightly creepy if I’m along. A wasted youth in cinemas I think watching scary movies. A walk in the woods always led to something nasty. Be careful!

I much prefer to be out in the open, Mari, but they were looking particularly pretty with the broom nestling everywhere. There were lots of us yesterday! Safety in numbers 🙂 🙂

I’ve never seen this broom in the woods before, Debbie. Made up for the lack of chameleons 🙂 🙂

There’s nothing like a walk in the woods, and these woods are beautiful, Jo. Thanks.

I’m more a wide, open spaces person, Jet, but with the broom these look so inviting. 🙂 🙂 Good to have you along!

I like these woods. Jo. We here near Houston, Texas, have been seeing them on Midsommer Mystery and with Father Brown. BAD things generally happen out there.
I’m happy, real glad, to see # 3 0 1. Thank you.

Very unlike your usual haunts. More like mine! I’m rejoicing – I’m walking again. I feel like Lazarus.only I was suffering from inertia, not death. May you weekend be wonderful.

I’m not much of a woodlander, but the broom just looks so pretty. I can’t recall it being there before, but I like it. 🙂 🙂 Yay for resurrection! We had a lovely t’ai chi session in the water park, which calmed me down, then I got all het up again! Expecting company for a brunch tomorrow, after our morning walk. Don’t know why I have to angst over it, but some of us do 🙂

Me too! I usually entertain at coffee shops these days except for a select few and very occasionally. They have to be people who won’t judge me for bloodstains on the carpet which won’t come out (dog’s paw after toenail clip, in case you think you’ve been hobnobbing with a murderer. I’ve no idea how murderers manage to remove all traces of their ghastly crimes!
