Spot the theme?

I’m interpreting the Weekly Photo Challenge to suit myself this week.  On Monday’s chilly walk I suggested that I still have a few warm Algarve images to share, and here they are in  Variations on a Theme

Those of you who know me will have spotted that the theme is Tavira.  I’m heading there this weekend and this will be my last post for a while.

I couldn’t leave without one more tribute to Paula.  She works hard and still manages to bring us Thursday’s Special each week.  Two views on the same subject.  What do you think?  Take care, till next time.

    1. That’s nice to hear, Ruth. It’s winter in the Algarve but snow almost never happens in this part of the world. They are getting a bit desperate for rain and there is a little in the forecast but we had a beautiful walk today. 🙂 🙂

    1. Hopefully off walking in the hills today, Patti. 🙂 🙂 There is a forecast for rain later but that could be 5 drops or 5000… we’ll see. The blossom’s out and it’s beautiful. Thanks, darlin!

  1. Thank you for sharing these remaining Tavira Treats with us Jo. I especially love the framing in the first, the thinking feline (what is it about pictures of cats that captivate us so?) and the close crop on the hat shot. And I also love the hints of blue sprinkled throughout the predominance of the images. Blue is my color after all.

  2. Jo, these are so beautiful and full of warmth and sunshine…I just long to go somewhere with colour and sea! 😀 What an original idea for decorating the bridge, so colourful. Wishing you a very Happy Weekend. xx

    1. Hi, Brian 🙂 🙂 Yes, it’s no small task she sets herself, with 2 challenges to run. I know it’s escapism and she enjoys it but sometimes it can ger irksome. Glad you like the hats. I walk past this shop most days, in Tavira, and I always mean to stop and buy one.
