Where does your heart lead you?

Inevitable that it should be the Algarve, don’t you think?  But maybe not so inevitable that it should lead to the Weekly Photo Challenge?

Hope you have a happy Saturday and a great weekend!  Don’t forget to call in on Cate.   See you on Monday for another walk?

  1. Inevitable that this is where your heart should lead you. I think you’ll find you have linked to a daily prompt and not the photo challenge, but hey what does that matter, I suspect that Tavira is a place of harmony for you anyway. Hope you are having a good weekend. I’m relaxing. So tired! Will start again on Monday. And try to get another walk finished tomorrow for you 🙂

    1. Hiya sweetheart 🙂 🙂 I did think that link was a little strange! I copied it from Mirth and Motivation’s post quite late on Friday. Serves me right for being a clever clogs 🙂 In so far as I can ever be a harmonious person, yes it is, Jude. 🙂 Busy weekend, with heaps of laundry, etc. I was fed pad thai last night to keep my strength up and early Mother’s Day treat. Chocolates today! Will save you one 🙂 Mick has taped the boy’s car back together most inelegantly, but it will do the job while he’s waiting to get it assessed/fixed. ‘Walk’ when you can, hon- no worries. Sending Sunday hugs!

      1. You should NOT be doing laundry today. I forbid it! And yes, please save me a chocolate, it appears that no-one bought me any 😦
(but I do have a very sweet little cherry tree for the new garden)

    2. Too late! I’ve just finished the ironing. Just got to pack for him and I’ll be almost done. Choccies not opened yet but imminent. Still full from lunch. Do you have a favourite in Thornton’s Continentals? 🙂 Awwh, a cherry tree- that’s sweet!

      1. in ancient mythology the cherry tree symbolises good fortune and future happiness

she obviously thought a lot about it. And I’m not fussy about the choccie as long as it isn’t coconut. Thank you.

      2. Lovely idea! 🙂 I like the Alpini best. Oh, dear- I just looked in the box. James ate the last one 😦 He’s just set off back for Leeds. If he’s not full now he never will be 🙂

  2. I am sitting here with a big smile. We live in our blue house and my kitchen is painted blue (white cabinets). I was looking for a back-splash behind the stove and I was thinking about tiles, but couldn’t make up my mind. Now, after looking at the tile pictures of the fisherman, I know what I want…I just have to find something similar.

Great pictures…I am ready for vacation.

    1. Thanks, Lynn. 🙂 One of the joys of the Algarve for me is that I have a lovely circle of friends there, and I can take my family with me. (If they’re good! 🙂 ) Happy weekend to you, sweetheart!

  5. I don’t believe this! That quote is my tag on my new 12monthsinwarsaw blog! Three great minds – yours, mine and Confucius! I love the quirky way you follow a lead and that first photo is wonderful – perfectly composed. Not that the others aren’t!

    1. Ah-ha! You’ve got the blog sorted! Anything on there yet? 🙂 It’s a funny old life, isn’t it? I seldom look at quotes because there are so many and some are so trite! But there’s a world of wisdom out there and who am I to argue with you and Confucious? 🙂 🙂
