Have you seen any lovely leaves lately? This is an Autumn challenge I discovered just last week. Rather nice, isn’t it? Just click on the link to start those leaves falling. I was out kicking the English leaves about today. Just as beautiful! Join me next week and see.

well it look alike that when you got out to kick those leaves – you photographed them too – so nice

Pure coincidence that I’d taken these 2 in the Algarve a couple of weeks ago, Y, and hadn’t ‘used’ them. It seemed the perfect opportunity. 🙂 I had a darn good leaf kicking session in Durham yesterday, though- in warm sunshine too! Pinch me- was I dreaming? 🙂

This is a doable challenge. I love your entries though.

Quick and easy, isn’t it, Bebs? (unlike most of my posts 🙂 ) And it’s a shame to waste lovely leaves.

Nostalgic, Ad? Bet you don’t have time. 🙂 Yesterday was a glorious day in Durham and I had a lovely frolic in them, by the river. Happy weekend! 🙂

Not mad keen on any challenge that “leaves” us out … but I do think that your second photo could be your personal icon, Jo: it’s very representative of your life, no ?

I can’t imagine anyone leaving you out, Mrs. M 🙂 But I like your thinking!

Thanks for vicarious autumn leaves. Not many of them around here as summer approaches – or ever if it comes to the point.

Those are long distance ones for me now too, Meg, but I was busy kicking some about in Durham today. It was sunny and quite beautiful. 🙂

Mary- do you think we could go straight from Autumn to Spring? I know that’s greedy of me but I hate the cold. 🙂

Lovely colours, I live quite near Westonbirt Arboretum and keep meaning to go and see the autumn leaves there – will have to try and make it there this year, definitely feeling autumn in the air now.

I was kicking the leaves about on the river bank at Durham today and it was glorious, Lucy. Quite warm too, but there’s a definite nip in the air in the mornings. Autumn is lovely but I live in dread of the next bit. 🙂

Leaf on a beach? Kind of an oxymoron. Very nice, Jo. (P. S. My stepson sent me the cutest owl pillow. I’ll need to show it to you. Hopefully it will have a blog use.)

I’ve taken more random owl photos in the last couple of weeks than you would believe. I wonder why that is? 🙂 🙂 Owls and Autumn go well together- I’m sure you’ll find an excuse.

The beach one’s winning, and it’s my favourite too. I passed that bench earlier in the day when the light was just right and I should have got my shot then. English leaves promised for next week. 🙂

Oh the first one is lovely too, the light is just perfect in that moment. I look forward to seeing your pictures next week 🙂

Very strange in England right now, Indah. Positively golden and warm today but it won’t last. 😦 I do like an Algarve Autumn though. 🙂 Thank you!
