1 Day 1 World Project : 11.00- 12.00

It's squeaky clean time!

It’s squeaky clean time!

And I've brought a book

And I’ve brought a book

Or three!

Or three!

And a nice glass of red

And a nice glass of red

And LOTS of bubbles!

And LOTS of bubbles!

It’s after 11.00 and time for a bit of a soak.  I’m just about to climb in so you’d better go and see what Lisa is doing at this hour.  After the midnight hour I’ll probably be sleeping.  Even Restlessjo sleeps sometimes!

The 1 Day 1 World Project has been fun.  Follow the link to see more.  Oh, and I’d better say another ‘thank you’ to Lunapic.

    1. The sparkles were a bit crazy for the time of day, Sue, and not really the effect I was going for. When I closed my eyes and relaxed it was fine 🙂 I don’t do the red wine every night, you understand. Just special occasions (or when Michael’s out playing cards!).

  1. So inventive Jo – how wonderful 🙂
I have never got the hang of reading or drinking wine in the bath, everything gets so damp and then the water gets cold. But a good soak might be beneficial for my sore back – now where can I find some sparkles?

    1. Our bathroom glittered up a treat, Jude. I’m thinking of asking Michael if I can have sparkly grouting 🙂 If it doesn’t exist, it should!
The wine isn’t always there, you understand, but Michael goes out to play bridge on Wednesdays and I have a small indulgence. 🙂

  2. Way tooo cool, Jo!!! What a beautiful, sparkling, creative way to present 11 to 12. The bubbles bath, wine, and books, the girl is doing something special with herself. 🙂

  3. Does restlessjo really sleep? It seems you are always on the go! And look at all your glittery and sparkling photo effects! You are really having some fun, Jo. How’s the new book? And wine and a bath before bed? Priceless!

    1. I’m desperate to find some glittery grouting so my bathroom can always look like this, Cathy 🙂 Maybe not the sparkles- they gave me a bit of a headache. No, really- it wasn’t the wine!

The book’s not bad. I usually read the Paris guides in the garden if it’s nice, but Hartlepool is sunk under it’s own little cloud while everywhere else has a heatwave. Hugs, honey!

      1. I think all that glitter would give me a headache too, Jo. 🙂

I’m so excited for your upcoming trip to Paris, Jo! I know you will love it. Have you been before? Paris is one city I’ve been lucky enough to visit twice! I adore it. 🙂

      2. I was there very briefly when I was young and daft(er), Cathy, but the memories are quite hazy now. Trying to sort my itinerary. You know what I’m like. Poor Mick will be exhausted again 🙂

  5. The best relaxing time ever Jo. I’ll wait until you’re finished and then it’s my turn. Just leave enough wine for me as well please. 😆
