Oh I am so sorry to hear of Sue’s passing Jo. Although I only came to know her briefly through other bloggers such as yourself, it is clear she had a huge impact on so many. Sending hugs.
I almost felt suspended, waiting for it to happen, since I wrote my walk for her, Sue. I knew it couldn’t be long and was astounded that she had the will to carry on with comments and posts. A very amazing, and lovely lady 🙂 🙂
Thank you for sharing this writing and your tribute haiku. ❤ I read her dog post and she replied to my comment only last week, thanks to you. Peace and light to her.
I knew that barring a miracle she didn’t have much time, but miracles sometimes happen. I’m sure she’s found peace. Thanks, Manja. A blessed Easter to you and yours 🤗💕
Mick has half a ton of Sahara sand to clean off his car so I’m going up to the roof when I finish here. Got some ‘meetings’ or entertainment lined up? I was rubbish at that kwizz 🙂 🙂
I only ‘met’ and started following Sue recently through your blog, she was an amazing and very brave lady to continue writing daily throughout her cancer journey so I was very saddened by the news earlier this week. Your first camellia flower is lovely and makes a beautiful tribute to Sue 🙂
I missed the post that announced she had gone, Eunice, but Swift Passage is stunningly beautiful. What a way to say goodbye. I’m glad you met her 🙂 🙂 Thank you!
She was a remarkable lady, Margaret, and I didn’t know her well myself, but I loved what I did know. She wrote a regular Midnight Haiku and I thought this would make a good tribute. And it’s my first camellia flower 🙂 🙂
A lovely flower, a lovely tribute from one lovely lady to another lovely lady. You’ve got it all there, Jo. Sue would love this.
