I have a soft spot for this little balcony. I always look up when I walk past, whether it’s wash day or not. It seems like all of Tavira have their washing out today. It must be Monday? The answer, my friend, is blowing in the wind….
The answer is blowing in the wind…. I wish I had the answer to Andrew’s peg message, but I don’t!

Now that is a wonderful and impressive collection of “occupied” washing lines, Jo! Such fun to watch – and smell. 🙂

The all blue wash is the most aesthetically pleasing, I think. I’m astonished how many people have so many pictures of washing!

Well, I did actually go out and ‘cull’ these, Anabel, but it wasn’t hard to do. Everyone washes 🙂 🙂

I love those that show how the wind blows the most. And guess what? I did mine too! Just because you and Trix told me about this challenge. 😉 Thanks!

I can smell the scent of those fresh clothes. My Mom always hung the wash even in the winter.

A lot of people here live in apartments and the only thing to do with the washing is festoon it around the outside, Alice. Local colour 🙂 🙂

Washing on Sunday! Shock….d’you know, I still never do washing on. Sunday….

It sounds silly to say it depends on the weather, but it partly does. At present Sundays are uneventful and the machine does the work. All I have to do is peg it out and admire the view, Sue 🙂 🙂
