Where do we go from here?

Peeping through the fence
Down the lane
Newly planted avocado trees
Love the drama of branches
And the cheerfulness of flowers

Life is a little more restricted this weekend, but these were Found in the Neighbourhood. Hope you have a good one! See you Monday, with a walk.

Terrific post Jo – thanks for sharing your world with us. I especially loved the treatment on the B&W branches. Well captured!

How poignant, Jo! Where DO we go from here? My first thought was that here in the States we’re on the cusp of a much-needed political sea change. The path ahead may be rocky, but we sure are ready! Gorgeous photos. I love “Down the Lane.” π ~Terri

It seemed to fit with the Lens Artist’s photo challenge this week, Terri, and I often have local shots that I don’t really use. Thanks for your lovely company π π

Me too! And the view beyond is great. But my favourite is the black and white lattice of branches. π π Good match- right result!

Yes. The black and white shot suits bare branches.

Lovely photos, especially the last one of the water…gorgeous! Nice to see the blue skies, they have been few and far between over here recently.

Beyond that scroll is a huge old chapel, which one day someone might restore, hopefully. π π Meantime the back lanes are always good for a stroll.

You’ll always go the distance, Jo. Thankfully, you seem to have some lovely walks in your area. The lock down is getting irksome now. I try not to be silly and complain about it: there are enough people doing that but it’s no one’s fault and at least governments are trying to do what’s right even fi they don’t always get it right. I do miss my family though and it doesn’t get any better as Christmas approaches. Keep well and keep safe.

Almost lights out time now. π π I’m just catching up on the day’s comments with a naughty consoling glass of red. I spent the evening at Marie’s, watching a certain tennis player with whom you have no patience. Cheers, m’dear! Much too early for you to raise a glass.
