Looking kindly

The cutest little face. I think mum may be taking him to kindergarten. After yesterday’s fright, this is a lovely share, and I’m happy to say that I spent much of the night listening to raindrops. Actually they were hammering down! It will be nice to see the grass this green again.

  1. Awww what a cute little lamb Jo πŸ™‚ Sounds like you need the rain – we are always happy to have rain here too as it greens everything up again. It’s starting to heat up here now – it was in the 30s on Sunday but much cooler today with a refreshing breeze. Hope you have a lovely week xx πŸ™‚

      1. We are not in drought in Florida and it soaks up quickly in our sandy soil. South Florida around Miami is soaked and they didn’t need it. There was some localized flooding but it it doesn’t last long. Just a pain to deal with if your house is in a zone that always floods with tropical weather. This wasn’t a storm or anything, just more rain that they didn’t need. Temps are still higher than the norm. πŸ™‚

      1. I had goldfish when I was growing up. When they died, they made great fertilizer for my tomatoes. πŸ™‚ Sheep really aren’t pets for the most part. Sometime my grandma would have to bottle feed a lamb if the mother died or wouldn’t accept it and even when it was grown, it would come up to her like a lamb (only with a much bigger push on my petite grandma!)
