Looking down from the walls of Serpa Castle you have a a fine view of the Aqueduct. I know it’s a place that Becky loves. Another #SquareTops!

I love the rough walls and feeling of “old”. We just don’t have it in Canada like in other parts of the world. Thank you.

I love the frame within the frame. The texture of the walls is something that draws my eyes into the photo. And, yes, it’s quite a view.

I have a photo that I was going to share tomorrow which shows the scale of the walls, Otto, but this was easily my favourite shot of the day. If ever you come to Portugal this place is a little known jewel. 🤗💕

It was a grey old day. We had spent the night in Serpa and were heading back to the Algarve just as everything was closing down in Portugal, but it was still possible to get on the walls. 🤗💕
