Quite possibly. This wasn’t labelled. I picked one that looked as vigorous as I could. It’s going to sit alongside our heather in the little front garden. Did you see my comment to Carol? We got a very striking tall red-stemmed lobelia too. Nadia, I think it was called. It’s sitting pretty 🙂 🙂
