You’ll never guess what I found?
Santa’s helpers? They have a lot of eating to do if they’re going to pull that sleigh.
Hope your Christmas preparations are going well. Describe them in six words?

Oh I love the little deer. His antlers are so tiny 🙂

I was nearly as excited as the kids to find them there at the garden centre, Annika. 🙂

that’s quite a rack on that deer! we’ve got camels where I’m living! And sand, no snow. but we do now have Xmas music in stores!

I don’t suppose Santa would mind being pulled by camels. Getting them to fly would be a neat trick 🙂 I saw you had a post up earlier but I was juggling spiced pork and phone calls. Chefery not my forte. See you soon!

yeah, I’m slow on the web now, end of term grading final exams…and trying to write about Budapest–something has to give here.

Breaking up soon? An Abu Dhabi Christmas? Sorry, can’t send you snow. It doesn’t travel well (and we don’t have any 🙂 )

Snow…I haven’t seen or been in snow in…I don’t even remember. But you could pack it in that hot ice stuff??

I think they’ll be little round fat guys if the kids keep feeding them at this rate 🙂

A delicious post Jo. Can’t fail with a child and animals. I hope you’re having a peaceful time. We celebrate a fourth birthday today, so there’ll be a chaos of six kidlets tearing round a small apartment on a rainy day. Are you 100%? Sending lazy-hugs your way.

The twins 4th? How amazing to be 4, Meg! It’s a pink sky morning here and all is peaceful. I’m fine, thanks, but highly frustrated with this new laptop. How it hasn’t managed to wing its way out of the window yet I don’t know. 🙂 How was Swan Lake? Sunday hugs 🙂

Pink sky morning – lovely. We’re looking at 9°. Disappointing for “Swan Lake”: no orchestra, big screens showing video of the action in a way you couldn’t ignore even if you didn’t need it, two tall men blocking stage view. However it got rousing applause.

How bizarre! Have you dropped in on Gilly this morning? She was worrying about you 🙂 🙂

New apartment: pack, organise, pay, worry. [6 words that describe how my Christmas preparations are going, as I’m moving on the 23rd. eek! I’d rather be looking at reindeer.]

Luckily, I don’t “do” Christmas (I have no family in Australia) so I don’t have that added stress. But at least I’m moving back to an area I love, so it’s all worth it. 🙂

How adorable is that?! What a lovely find. Can’t help but brighten many faces this festive season.
All is calm, all is bright here in preparation. I have given up getting in a tizzy about the holidays. 🙂

I don’t have a lot to prepare, Sue. Pink, beautiful sky here this morning. Who will you have to Christmas lunch, or are you going to family? 🙂

Happily my daughter is hosting Christmas dinner but we will all contribute. We shall have our Moms with us and various gatherings. Determined to keep it all casual.
