  1. Like you Jo, our autumn leaves are few and far between but you’ve made the most of them! Loved the little terrapin and had no issues with the other lovey images. Hope your autumn weather is sunny and warm.

    1. It’s been a lovely day, Tina. A couple of light showers to keep us on our toes and fill the reservoirs, but mostly sunny and warm. πŸ™‚ πŸ™‚ That terrapin has a whole heap of brothers and sisters just out of sight!

    1. Bless you, hon- I’ve got this running as a soundtrack while I answer comments this morning. Frank sent me the Sinatra version, then I found Eric Clapton and Eva Cassidy covers. All so different, but lovely πŸ™‚ πŸ™‚

  2. Beautiful, Jo. All the leaves here have long since fallen, but we’re having a rare, very late Indian summer this weekend.😊 Enjoy your weekend!

    1. How lovely! We’ve just weathered 2 extremely stormy days and come back out into the sunshine, Julie. It’s bliss! But I don’t suppose the terrapin family mind too much in their watery little home where the fountains play. Should I come back as a terrapin? πŸ™‚ πŸ™‚

      1. He and his little friends have the life of Riley, Debs πŸ™‚ πŸ™‚ Did you ladies manage a chat this afternoon? I popped over to Marie to watch Rafa. In retrospect, not a good move, but Marie enjoyed the company… I think πŸ™‚

    1. By the riverside we have a bandstand and surrounding it is a pond with fountains and terrapins. That’s what you’re looking down at. As well as a leaf on the beach. But I couldn’t say all that in 6 words πŸ™‚ πŸ™‚ πŸ™‚

  3. yes, I started to sing as soon as I read your title, a great relief as I’ve had a Sarah Vaughn number going round and round in my brain (You Ought to Have a Spouse) for about a week now and I can’t get rid of it. Hopefully, Autumn Leaves will shift it. And who else but Sinatra to sing it.

  4. Hello Jo. I’m on my laptop now, and all your photos are fine. Earlier, on my phone, I had the problems others were having … yup. Just checked. All good now. Thanks! Lovely cheery autumnal shots.
