What a lovely walk alongside the river. And it looks so still! I walked along our river, the Teme, a couple of days ago and it was running very fast, very brown and very wide! I guess there has been a lot of rain in Wales!
The Wear winds under several bridges and over a couple of weirs in Durham centre, Jude. In places it was absolutely teeming, but this stretch is quite calm. 🙂
