Hey donkey! Where is the baby?
Remember the pigs last week? Well, they had a few friends. A rather worried cow… some strange sheep… a disinterested llama…
A donkey or two, of course, and some rather curious camels… Even a farmer, and his faithful friend…
The baby? I didn’t see one, but there was someone to entertain the kids…
And a good time was had by all! I’m so glad the galleries are back to normal. Don’t you love Odeleite? Merry Christmas!
One last Six Word Saturday before the big day. See you Monday!
That’s more like it. I actually like Christmas Markets, but it doesn’t seem the same without a gluhwein and bratwurst somehow 🙂 Have a great Christmas wherever you’re spending it!

I tend to go for a hot chocolate with Baileys, or some such disgusting concoction, and that and bratwurst don’t really go? Something for everyone, Malc. That’s the wish 🤗🎄☃️💕

Can’t find an email address for you so I have to put this link here. I’m sure you probably know about this inverted tower in Sintra but I’ve just come across it on a BBC website when searching for something else, and just in case, I thought I’d pass the short video on…. https://www.bbc.com/reel/playlist/hidden-histories?vpid=p07r1cbt

I do but thanks anyway, Mari. I thought there was an email address on my About page but I can’t be sure. Will check when I get home. Gadding about in Becky’s Olhao right now. Merry Christmas and all the best for 2020 🤗💕

Yes, my email is in About. 🙂 It’s a number of years since we were at Sintra and this palace was closed for renovation. We have an invite up to Cabo de Roca some time and this is assuredly on the list when we go. Nice documentary! All the best for 2020, Mari. Happy travels 🙂

I loved the sculptures, Madhu, and the atmosphere in the village was great. It’s a lovely place to be at Christmas 🤗💕
