That looks – and I’m sure tasted – amazing, Jo! My mouth is watering, but we’re staying home and doing nothing special today. Mark did make bourbon chocolate chip cookies yesterday though, so that counts for something. Happy Easter!!

It was actually my Mother’s Day treat in Faro, the day we dropped the hire car off and caught the train home. Lovely view from the restaurant. 🙂 🙂
