Help me to pick a word?
I think Debbie might have accused me of being too wordy this week, but I don’t mind because the lady produces incredible images, day after day. Someone else who produces very special images is Paula. I haven’t had time for Thursday’s Special – until today.
Have a lovely weekend everyone!
Gorgeous offering, Jo. Thank you so much.

Bless you, hon- thanks! Haven’t had time to check if there’s a Special this week, Paula. It was Mick’s 65th yesterday and we went sailing on a Tall Ship off the north east coast. 🙂 🙂

I love all of your photos, and what a clever way to do six words on Saturday. 🙂

I had the photos long before I could think of the 6 words, Elaine, but it works. 🙂 🙂 Thanks, darlin! Another Rafa day today.

It’s a tough choice because they are all beautiful images and good words, but I am drawn towards Canicular and Feathered. 🙂

Glad you liked them, Robin. It’s hard to take bad photos in the Algarve. 🙂 🙂

I can’t really choose but splash is cute, the dog is full of joy. Canicular is like a dreamscape. All taken in Tavira on the same day? Happy Sunday sweetheart, I’m way behind yet again!

Thought you’d like splash. I was going to use some fountains in Silves, but they’ll keep. The storks and the last with the blue house are Silves too. Such a charismatic place. The photos are all different days. What with Poland I hadn’t had time to look at my Algarve folder till yesterday. Lots going on here too. I should email you but just about treading water at the minute. Went to the Kynren show last night. Good fun! And Tall Ships and Mick’s 65th this week. Really muggy today. Were going to Leeds but we’ve deferred it. Hugs, sweetheart! Love you 🙂 🙂

The storks, so nonchalant in the city! 🙂 🙂 I loved them too, and the dog was being very tolerant with its master.

I had something entirely different for ‘splash’, Sue. A fountain, in fact, but I knew Paula would prefer this one. Thanks, hon 🙂 🙂 Happy Sunday!

I think we were just ahead of the summer hordes, Debbie, but even then you can find serene scenes like these. 🙂 🙂 Thanks, darlin! Jury service over now?

Such beautiful scenes Jo. I don’t think she would mind you being wordy as a result 🙂

I was teasing a bit, Colline. I’ve followed Debbie from the very beginning and am in awe of her photos. And she has the nicest sense of humour. 🙂 🙂 Happy Sunday to you!

All very blue 🙂
And all very lovely too. Hope you are having a good weekend – sounds like you have been busy as usual. I’m staying away from the beaches at the moment as they will be very crowded, though I might sneak one in early next week as I want to see if the wild flowers are flowering.

We found orchids above the sand dunes, Jude. There is a little Jewish cemetery I’d know you’d love and it had lots of the pompom shaped ruby pink ones. Excellent day! Rafa, England and then Kynren, which was impressive. 🙂 🙂

I had not heard of Kynren. Have you been before or is this a case of cramming everything in before you make the final move? Still, if the house isn’t sold you can keep splitting your time between here and the Algarve.

It’s in it’s 3rd year, Jude. We were never sure if we’d enjoy it, or if the weather would cooperate, but it really was an excellent production and we had a good night. Late home, meandering through country lanes in the dark so we’re happy to do not much today. It’s really muggy. Just so happens there’s a lot going on this year. 🙂 🙂 Clifford’s Tower at York has Shakespeare in the round and I need to book that too, but I’ll leave Mick home for that.

It is definitely a good year for outdoor events. Although I am wondering what the weather will do once the schools break up!

Not an easy word to suggest in a photo, Leya, and I hope Paula approves. It was such a limpid day with the heat haze suspended there. Thanks, hon. 🙂 🙂 Meanwhile, the heatwave continues…
