Escaping the rain

Time to kick back and have a little fun in my life.  I don’t know about you but I’m tired of all this rain.  And I haven’t shared with Paula in the longest time.  I really loved the elegant lady in her Black & White Sunday, After and Before.  I thought I’d share my husband.  Discreetly, of course.

He always complains that I only ever show his back in my photos.  Perhaps he’ll like this better?

      1. Me too! 🙂 We should start a club! 🙂 Say hello to Michael from me. Hope we can get together for a drink (or tea or a walk) when you pay North Norfolk a visit the next time. Have a wonderful evening.

  1. Clever! Perfect shot for the weekend, with both views 🙂 Hope it stays dry for you lovely Jo…not too bad here, I actually got to go out in the (new) garden yesterday, first time since we moved 5 months ago…I think it’s the first day since then in late October that it hasn’t rained or snowed…seriously! Hugs… xxx

    1. I know the feeling, Sherri. 🙂 🙂 I was in the garden myself for the first time yesterday, complete with jacket of course, but still… progress 🙂 Thanks, darlin! Wishing you a lovely Spring into Summer.

    1. We had some lovely days, Carol. He had jeans on that day so it may not have been especially warm but it’s a nice spot. (and they sell pasties at that kiosk, which is the big draw for Mick 🙂 )

  2. That’s a great shot, Jo – it exudes peace and comfort, yet leaves some mystery. 🙂 I have a hard time to pick a favorite between B&W and color, though.Lovely scenery, lovely husband shot, lovely non-rain times. Here, we are not sick of the rain, but of the wind. Without it, being outside would be close to perfect.

    1. He does. 🙂 🙂 We have a lot of fun over the issue of me taking photos and the blog. I read a few of the comments out to him. Cracked me up. Him… not so 🙂

  3. I’ll take your rain and exchange it for the never ending winter. It’s a struggle this year. Today’s temp is 15C colder than the norm (+9C), and the next two days are supposed to be 18C colder. Just make it stop! On the plus, today is sunny but there are snow flurries in the forecast for the next three. Sigh. I’m still drawn to the colour version – and like the discreet handling of the hubby LOL.
